Everything Onboarding & Screening Needs, Built In

The Customer Identification and Acceptance module is the front door of TrustAML — every reporting entity type, from a single branch to a multi-channel institution, runs onboarding and screening through the same maker-checker-controlled engine.

  • Purpose-Based Screening Work Flow — screening logic adapts to why the check is being run: onboarding, periodic review, list update, or ad-hoc request.
  • Batch Screening with Multiple Action — process large customer sets in one run, with distinct dispositions (clear, escalate, hold) applied per record.
  • Bulk Screening — one-off bulk uploads for portfolio-wide re-checks, migrations, or newly onboarded list segments.
  • Platform for List Management and Automation — sanctions, PEP, watch and internal lists are maintained, versioned, and applied automatically without manual reload.
  • Re-Screening — automatic re-run against current lists whenever a list updates or on a scheduled cadence, not left to memory.
  • Integrating the Screening with Multiple Channel On-Boarding — the same screening engine sits behind branch, digital, and agent-assisted onboarding channels.
  • API-Based Screening — real-time screening calls exposed as an API for any onboarding front-end or third-party channel to consume.
  • Comprehensive CDD, ECDD Flow and ECDD Report — standard due diligence for all customers, escalating automatically into a structured ECDD workflow and report for high-risk files.
  • Document Management — identity, address and supporting documents are captured, versioned, and linked to the customer record for audit.
  • Both Name-Based and Weightage-Based Screening Engine — matches on name similarity as well as weighted scoring across multiple identity attributes, reducing both false positives and missed matches.
  • Third-Party API Integration with CIB, DBAN and International Database Providers — pulls credit bureau, domestic blacklist/negative-list, and global sanctions/PEP/adverse-media data directly into the screening decision.
  • Push-Pull Feature of Data Between CBS and AML System — bidirectional data exchange with the core banking system on both batch and ad-hoc basis, keeping customer records synchronised in both directions.
